A few weeks ago, I laced up my running shoes.
I'm back and I'm loving it.
This morning I ran 3.5 miles and hope to be running around 6 miles soon.
Running has become such a great outlet for me.
A huge stress reliever.
It helps me feel powerful.
And who doesn't want to feel powerful.
Not sure if I'll ever do a Tough Mudder or Ragnar again,
but my new goal is to run a 1/2 marathon by the end of this year.
