Meet my new Brooks.
I absolutely love them.
I've been running a lot lately to prepare for this here.
I'm nervous . . . excited . . . and, oh, just a little nervous.
Not to mention, I'm runner number 12 on my team (there are 12 of us)
which means I run the very last leg, so I'll be running across the finish line.
. . . with everyone watching me.
I don't like people watching me run.
Why?
Hmmmm. Just look below.
Why?
Hmmmm. Just look below.
We'll see how this goes.
200 miles, 24 hours, 12 runners.
Have you ran a Ragnar race before?
Any tips?
Good luck! That's so exciting!
ReplyDeleteI love my Brooks too! Good luck on the race. One of these days I will run one.
ReplyDeleteWow! That is sooo awesome! Good luck, and don't be nervous. I ran my first marathon (26.2 miles)in October, and it really wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. I found that eating properly (high carbs-used a research-based calculator found here: http://endurancecalculator.com/EnduranceCalculatorForm.html) for the four days previous to the run made such a difference! BTW, I have the same running sneaks!PS-love your blog!
